Well, seeing as most cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, as the expanded portmanteau would put it seem to come from laboratories hidden away in the Swiss Alps, perhaps it would, but this rugged name indeed does hark from the lone star state.

Despite the slightly adventurous and rugged name, the Billy Jealousy range has been created with men specifically in mind. Men’s skin is (literally, although perhaps not metaphorically) thicker than women’s, so skincare products have to be more potent and Billy Jealousy products take this into account.

So, if you think that a straight up American approach to men’s products is more appealing than something that you’re not sure how to pronounce as it’s got accents in the name, Billy Jealousy is a high end brand that’s easy to remember and say.
